Valyo brings additional financial market know-how to the Board of Directors. Kaspar W. Kelterborn and Roger Reist newly elected to the Board of Directors at Valyo 

Baden, 21 June 2021. Valyo, the digital capital marketplace active in the Swiss bond market since 2019, is strengthening its Board of Directors: two proven industry experts, Kaspar W. Kelterborn, former Chief Financial Officer and Member of the Executive Board of Conzzeta AG, and Roger Reist, Head of the Treasury & Markets Department and Member of the Executive Board of Raiffeisen Switzerland, were elected to the Board of Directors at the Annual General Meeting of Valyo AG on 21 June 2021.

With Kaspar W. Kelterborn and Roger Reist, the fintech start-up Valyo gains additional capital market know-how and experience from an issuer perspective. 
 

Kaspar W. Kelterborn, lic. oec. HSG, was Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and a member of the Executive Board of Conzzeta AG from 2006 to June 2021. From 2003 to 2005, he was CFO and member of the Executive Board of the Unaxis Group. Between 1996 and 2002, he worked for the Clariant Group abroad and held senior finance and controlling positions, including CFO for a global division based in Manchester, England, and CFO for the ASEAN region based in Singapore. Between 1992 and 1995 he worked for Sandoz International AG in Switzerland and abroad. Kaspar W. Kelterborn is a member of the Board of Directors of CPH Chemie + Papier Holding AG, as well as of various private companies.
 

Roger Reist has been Head of the Treasury & Markets Department of Raiffeisen Switzerland since 2020.  From 2019 to 2020, he was responsible for foreign exchange, notes and precious metals at Zürcher Kantonalbank (ZKB). Until 2019, he headed the Prime Finance Trading department and was responsible, among other things, for securities lending, the repo business and the planning, management and securing of short-term refinancing for the entire bank. Prior to that, he had held various management positions at the same company since 2010. Before that, Roger Reist worked at UBS Investment Bank in the trading division and at PricewaterhouseCoopers International as an auditor for banks. Roger Reist studied at the University of Zurich and holds a Master's degree in Banking and Finance.
